Scope and Contents This letter was written by Mrs. E. F. Farrar and Annie De Moss from Vicksburg, Mississippi on February 15, 1866 to Robert E. Lee. The two women write that their letter includes a check for $536 intended for Stonewall Jackson's widow and child, and request that Lee forward it at his convenience.
