Items in this series are relevant to O. W. Riegel's involvement with propaganda materials from World War I through the Vietnam War. Within this series are correspondence between Riegel and his co-workers at the Office of War information, a variety of war leaflets, war themed news letters, foreign magazines, ephemeral propaganda materials, a few posters, Viet Cong banners, and German Newspapers.
