A contract between H.H. Wallace, the guardian of John S. Johnson (Augusta County) and E.A. Johnson (Rockbridge County) leasing out John S. Johnson's farm (located in the "forks" of Kerr's Creek and North River) for one year. This lease is under the condition of the farm buildings and fences being maintained and the land being farmed.
