Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 19 was changed to his Piano Concerto No. 26. The orchestra recognized the recent death of Aaron Copland (1900-1990) by including a commemerative performance of the Variations on a Shaker Melody (Simple Gifts) from Copland's ballet Appalachian Spring.
