This collection consists of three scrapbooks and sets of photographs taken by Raymond J. Kirby. The scrapbooks contain photographs and newspaper clippings related to the flooding that occurred as a result of Hurricane Camille in August 1969. The photographs document damage from both Rockbridge and Nelson Counties and the City of Lexington.
