Scope and Contents

This collection consist of three DVD copies and a digital file of the 1951 Gator Bowl in which the Washington and Lee University men's football team played the University of Wyoming men's football team. One of the films is silent. Two copies and the digital file have added play-by-play commentary by Washington and Lee alumnus Doug Chase that was recorded in 2013 as well as an interview with Washington and Lee University football player Don Ferguson.

Scope and Contents The collection consists of a letter written by James D. Farrar as Chairmand of the Athletic Hall of Fame Committee at Washington and Lee University. He is writing to inform Robert L. Pinck of Brooklyn, NY that his brother Dick Pinck is being posthumously inducted into the Washington and Lee Athletic Hall of Fame.
