Scope and Contents From the Sub-Series: Riegel's collection of Japanese leaflets consist of two aspects: US made leaflets issued to the Japanese and Japanese made leaflets issued to the U.S. Both use persuasive techniques to convince soliders to surrender or cease fighting, showing there is greater value in being at home than on the front lines.
