Rockbridge Baths Hotel Ledger
This register contains names of guests who visited the Rockbridge Baths, Virginia hotel between June 1871 and May 1882. Among them were many prominent faculty members of Washington and Lee University and Virginia Military Institute, as well as guests from the city of Lexington, Virginia.

Tucker Family Papers
This collection includes items of John Randolph Tucker (1823-1897) and Henry St. George Tucker (1853-1932) including 18 letters, 16 of which are to J.R. Tucker, legal lecture notebooks, 54 printed speeches in Congress and before other organizations by both father and son, obituaries, in memoriams and miscellaneous items. Correspondents include Thomas Mann Randolph and George Washington.
Two photographs of Washington and Lee University's Morris House
Two photographs of the Morris House located on the front campus of Washignton and Lee University. One image is a second generation print from an earlier negative of a snow covered Morris House - possibly taken by Michale Miley around 1900. The second photo is a snapshot fro the late 1960s. The house in 2022 is used as a campus guest house.
United Daughters of the Confederacy Collection
Consists of miscellaneous correspondence related to the Lee Memorial Fund at Washington and Lee University in 1921. Includes newspaper clippings and pamphlets concerning the Confederacy, the United Daughters of the Confederacy, and primarily, the passing of a resolution naming Lincoln's birthday as a national holiday. Also includes correspondence with Douglas Southall Freeman and others.

Walter Downie Campaign Banner Photograph
An outdoor photograph of Walter Downie holding a painted banner draped over a cow that reads: 'This is no bull, Walt Downie for Vice President'. The image was taken during Downie's successful run for Washington and Lee University student body vice - president during the 1941 winter term. Walter Downie graduated from Washington and Lee in 1942 and returned to his home state of Texas where he was a rancher. He died in 1999. An unknown man is also in the image seated and milking the cow.
Walter Henry Hoffman Notebooks
This collection contains his student notebooks for courses in civil engineering (applied mathematics) taught by an unknown professor (possibly Willam Allan). Also contains an account book with records of his expenditures as a student from 1872-1876.
